Data on Adult Learning and Education
Improving data on adult learning and education (ALE) is a core goal for the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL). UIL conducts regular monitoring surveys and publishes the results in its Global Report on Adult Learning and Education (GRALE). The UNESCO Recommendation calls on UIL to help develop agreed indicators and improve the mechanisms for international data collection.
GRALE 4
GRALE 4 monitors the extent to which UNESCO Member States put their international commitments regarding adult learning and education (ALE) into practice and reflects data submitted by 159 countries.
